Hello Andrej,
My name is John and I am English, I am really sorry not to have contacted you before, to thank you for your wonderful stories, which you write with such passion and compassion. I always read them with tears streaming down my face, you are such an emotional writer. I confess that so far I have read only a few, but will continue steadily so as not to become too dehydrated through loss of tears! Seriously though, I absolutely love the gentle way you deal with sex in your stories, making them an accompaniment to, rather than the primary focus of the narrative.
"Dear Eugenio was so emotional and touching, as was also "life begins at twenty five". As an old man, I love films and stories with a happy ending and I have spent most of my life trying to help others, sometimes I might add, with disastrous results. I am certainly no saint, and have to admit that sometimes my helping was prompted by ulterior motives, but then we all strive to find love in our own ways, I suppose.
Having just completed reading "We are presumed to be enemies", you have once again reduced me to tears of joy and happiness. Once again, I apologise for not writing sooner, but I have suffered all my life from a reluctance to put pen to paper, or in latter years, finger to keyboard. I am totally amazed at your amount of writings, and trust that you will continue for a long time to come. I assume that you are French, and are a citizen of France, a country which I dearly love, and where I have spent so many happy holidays and sometimes longer visits.
So please Andrej, stay safe and well in these troubled times, and I thank you once again for all the joy you have brought me, and I’m sure, many others,
John

Hi,
It would be a gross understatement and extreme shortening of my words to simply say that I love your stories. They inspire me, give me hope and comfort. Sitting down or lying down and reading them, once I was acquainted with your writing, has quickly become my most favourite pastime, at cost of others but I don't mind that ; )
In the country I live in, it is not illegal anymore officially to be gay, but still one can be spat on and stoned to death for being so. Reading these delightful stories gives me hope that assuredly there is Paradise somewhere on Earth and it gives me hope that someday I might reach it. It gives me light in the darkness of toxic masculinity and stifling conservatism of my so called religion and my family.
It gives me a way of escape in my imagination and with those fascinating characters that you have so lovingly created. In fact, it would also be an understatement to say that your stories helped me come to terms with and accept my sexuality in a way as gay and proud. Sometimes I'm afraid and then I read about Lorenzo and Poletto (The Venitian Marchant), or Eugenio (of Dear Eugenio}. and I have hope to come out of the dear with renewed strength and force of will.
So I can do little to pay my enormous debt to you by thanking you most profusely for writing your stories and helping me enjoy a few moments of my life.
Regards,
D.

Andrej,
Infamous Trade! It is another Great tale of yours.
I have Enjoyed your Beautiful tales for years. Ever since I hooked up to the internet & found your first stories on Nifty I have loved them. I then discovered your web site & began my liking & respecting you as a man not just an Authour. I have so much respect & admiration for you.
I was So happy to read about you & Matt falling in love. I pray & wish, you both, True Happiness Forever!
You have 112 stories. 76 are not translated into English yet. I have read all 36 translated into English more than once. I can't wait until more of the 76 are translated.
Each of your Beautiful adventures has taught me something valuable.
My favourite is Italian Brothers 1 The Corporal. The love between Enzo & Ruggiero is just full of such passion, devotion, loyalty, innocence, humility, strength & weakness. I have read this Love story 5 times.
I have other favourites as well.
I love Chipi, Dear Eugenio, I, The President's Son, King of Sitges, 7 Brothers For Mel Baxter, Snot Boy & We Are Presumed To Be Enemies.
In Snot Boy & Chipi I love the role or power reversal of the two main characters. I just love that it doesn't affect there love for each other.
I think we all dream & long for True Love & I had that for 15 years. Your romances touch my heart & soul.
I know that your writings have been translated by a number of different people & now Matt. If I may be so bold as to mention that you always had them translated with that certain amount of "broken English." This adds a foreign & allusive quality to your romantic adventures. For me, a Canadian, it enhances the romance.
Your web page is Absolutely Fantastic. I now visit the Hunger Site everyday to in my small way help. I found that while exploring your web site.
While trying to bring an end to my email, to you before I bore you, maybe my Favourite tale is you & Matt finding each other. That is ironic but maybe your true life romance & meeting of two souls is the Best.
Thank you Andrej for Many & Many hours of Learning & Enjoyment. I will continue reading your stories new & old. You are a Bright light in my life.
Now you & Matt are also a Bright light in my life.
Ciao.
Gary

hi
i've read a few of your stories, the english ones and man, you're a writer worthy of praise.
something just crossed my mind, perhaps you could have been a lot more famous if you had lived alongside oscar wilde, robert ross and alfred douglas, [......hmmmn what literary pieces would you have written....] though i doubt if you'd trade the experiences and treasured times you had and still have now
these are the stories i like most
1. epistolary ----- this one's really cool
2. happy christmas, neil and norman ---- i like the part here where norman provoked neil, norman's leaving neil's apartment and norman's apologising to neil the next night
3. dear eugenio
4. the puppet's theater
i'm 21yrs old. i have no knowledge regarding the italian language, so i can only hope that a lot of people will come to aid you to translate the rest of your stories in english.
hey andrej, keep it up!
happiness to both you and matt!!
H.M.

Dear Andrej,
Your stories have opened my eyes to love, have enlightened me, and made me understand so many things I did not understand before. I am forever changed because of you and your work, as I said before, I am a better man now, because of you. My dear Andrej, how can I ever thank you enough?
I finished another of your stories this week: "Dear Eugenio". Once again, I was so moved beyond words. The love is so beautiful and so powerful, it makes my blood boil, you know? Dear Andrej, you are my teacher, I have so much admiration and respect for you, and I hope one day I can be your friend too.
Yours Truly,
Matt

Dearest Andrej-
Pardon the informality of this but I feel as though I know you from touching the very depths of your soul through your writings.
I write a little, but nothing that compares to what you have written. You have the ability to catch the feel of what love really should be between two men without having to make it cheap with four letter words.
Akim, Akim... is very good but I think to date Dear Eugenio or the Black Clover are my favorites, but perhaps that is the ever romantic in me.
How much research have you put into these stories? They flow so naturally.
Do you have a lover? For I am sure there are many men around the world that love you at least through your literature. At what age did you first come out? I can't help feeling that you have been very lucky in love as there is so much love that pours out through your work.
Well as it is 1:22 in the morning here I really should go to bed.
You really are a very special person.
Warmest regards
Dave

Hello! Bonjour, etc!
May I start by saying how truly moved I was by your story "Dear Eugenio". I found it both moving and compelling in ways that I very rarely feel when reading an erotic (per se) story. Perhaps, the most wonderful thing about the story is not only the wonderful writing, but the deep and meaningful plot. The character development was superb, and leaves me somewhat longing to know each and every one of them.
I, too, have found a partner for myself in the world, and I'm quite happy. We don't have the passion of a Max and Edo, but all of us have our own ways, I suppose.
Being born and raised in the United States, especially the area I was raised in, I often long to know the ways of an older culture, a more romantic culture than that which I know. Through your story, I have touched those dreams, and again feel a romance born in myself. I will be returning to Europe in a few months for my second holiday in as many years, with a born-again romance and respect for that which has enlightened me.
Again, thank you for your wonderful story, and inspiration.
Regards,
Mat
