1 Dear Andrej,

I have recently finished your "Crown of Iron" story and loved the long and complex plot, and the happy ending until the "Sad Epilogue" which truly was sad. You are an incredibly creative author who can write beautiful but complex stories full of love and passionate sex. What a gift you are to us all!

Now I have just finished chapter 4 of "In Full Flight". The last scene in that chapter, the beauty of your language, has made me stop and write this to you. It is truly one of the most beautiful scenes I have ever read. I am anxious to keep reading and find out what happens to our two beautiful boys, and to find the significance of your title. While I don't yet understand it, I'm sure you will make it plain in due time.

1 Dear Andrej,

I just finished your story, "The Forceps Mark" and loved it. It was sweet and, like most of your stories, has a happy ending. The sex and romance between Neils and Gunthar was wonderful.

I have also started on "Crown of Iron". They are similar stories and I love those set in Medieval times.

Thanks for all the work that it takes to write these beautiful stories.

1 Hello Andrej,

About your stories... I check nifty when I want some kind of relaxing entertainment. and frankly, I am not very keen on those explicit stories with sex as the only impetus. And I only look at the writer's name after having read part of a story.

This means every now and then I'll come across one of yours and then I can sort of settle down and enjoy it. Trying to determine what distingishes your stories from almost all the others, I find it is your approach. Now approach is determined by your (cultural+personal) background and most stories here come from the US. Your's have a sort of almost elegant simplicity, you're never carried away by or obsessed with sex. It has its place and that's it. And I daresay your sensitivity grows out of a (cultural if not personal) catholic background. Am I mistaken???

One story I did not care too much for was the The Iron Crown, not because of the subject but I found it emphasized the sexual theme a bit to much (for you). Permit me to say, THAT'S something your American colleagues - the one's that can be taken serious - manage very well. The story line itself was ok. But I don't want to criticize rather I just wanted to let you know that I am enjoying your writing.

With my best wishes for the upcoming year

Hans S.

1 I have just finished reading The Iron Crown, and I am hooked. Already you have begun to develop your king, and the young squire and his knight-in-love.
I look forward to several evenings enjoying this journey with your characters. So much more than the sex-fest I was expecting.

Sincerely,

Rick

1 Hello,

Just wanted to say that I liked your story "The Iron Crown" somewhat. I am very disappointed that you wrote such a sad epilogue. I don't think that was necessary at all. I would minus that from this story.

1 I enjoyed The Iron Crown, for the depth of the plot, the sexual acts had a deeper meaning and were not pointless or random acts of lust. The story also raised the ugly spectre of religious bigotry. In a way its a sad story and I miss reading of these men.

Kind regards

Derek
