Ms. Bereano holds a B.A. from the City University of New York at Queens College. She is a consultant specializing in one-on-one coaching. She works with individuals, both executive management and staff, to help foster greater personal awareness, more effective behaviors, and clearer communication.

As the former founding CEO of Firebrand Books, an award-winning independent publishing company, she brings fifteen years of executive level management experience to the coaching process. Her two decades in the business world give her both an insider's knowledge of the daily operations necessary for business achievement, and outstanding administrative and strategic planning skills.

Because of her lifelong extensive involvement in community affairs, Ms. Bereano is conversant with the dynamics of group conflict, power allocation, and the constructive possibilities of facing diversity issues directly.
