Dr. Stephen S. Caiazza (? - 1991) U.S.A. Physician Chairman of the New York Committee of Concerned Physicians and president of the New York Physicians for Human Rights (a gay doctors group), both organizations which dealt with legal and medical rights for AIDS patients. Caiazza died of AIDS related complications in 1991.
