Officer Kelly was one of the original co-founders of the Gay-Lesbian-Liaison-Unit and is now assigned to the Public Information Office. Kelly joined the Washington D.C. She worked in the Fifth and Second Police Districts before she helped create the Gay and Lesbian Liaison Unit (Gay-Lesbian-Liaison-Unit).
