Former Member of Parliament, ex-minister and a Welsh assembly member, forced to quit his political career in 2003 after the newsmedia printed stories and published photos alleging that he had recently been caught engaged in sex in a gay cruising area. Davies had acknowledged he is bisexual after a similar scandal four years ago.
