Roberta Angela Dee was from Atlanta, Georgia. She was a writer & a transgendered woman who enjoyed meeting intelligent & sophisticated, bisexual women in South East or North East, United States. She enjoyed photography, modeling, dining, music, movies & dancing.

Roberta lived in Augusta, Georgia. Dee wrote about feminist, gender and racial issues since 1959. Author of several novellas for Reluctant Press on transsexual issues, including The Business of Being a Woman. She wrote regularly columns for TG Forum, and is founder of the Women on the Net (WON) website - a resource for women of color. Her erotica appeared on-line at The Gay Café Library.

Ms. Dee was openly bisexual and assertes that she was a woman - not as a result of surgery, but because being a woman was the essence of her heart, mind, and soul. Ms. Dee also wrote a column for the now defunct newspaper titled The Transvestian.
