Jean Dolan, a Market Development Leader and Principal at BoozAllen & Hamilton, has over 21 years experience supporting national Intelligence Community agencies and organizations through both her military service and client support. During her 15 years with BoozAllen, Dolan has supported and led efforts in the firm's National Security Team - a client base ranging from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Security Agency, and National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) to the U.S. military command and service intelligence organizations.
Dolan is the market development leader for the Firm's CIA and other classified markets, responsible for developing and introducing new capabilities and services into a unique market environment. Until recently, Dolan was the Program Manager for the NIMA Technology Support Contract, a new five-year program for which she led the capture. In this role, she was responsible for the delivery efforts of a 12-company team providing imagery and geo-spatial engineering, scientific and analytical support, and network engineering.
Dolan was the program manager for several efforts supporting the CIA in such areas as information security, security system engineering and integration, risk management, logistics management, and all-source research and analysis.
In addition to her business development and program management responsibilities at BoozAllen, Dolan is a member of the steering group for the Firm's Workforce Diversity Council, a founding/advisory board member for GLOBE (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual Employees and Friends), and is actively involved in various AIDS and cancer treatment related causes both within the Firm and the Washington D.C. metro area.
