Bank Manager
Bank branch manager forced to leave his job with the First National Bank of Louisville, Kentucky, after he refused to give up his position with the local chapter of the gay Catholic group Dignity (1981).
In 1983 a federal judge concludes that the First National Bank did not practice wrongful discrimination in forcing him to leave.
