(? - living) U.S.A.
Rob studied graduate-level city planning at UCLA and the University of Pennsylvania after earning a BA in urban studies from Lehigh University where he was also an Army ROTC full-scholarship cadet.
Rob spent his rookie year in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department First District prior to joining the Gay-Lesbian-Liaison-Unit. In addition to being the police, Rob is the new executive director of the 14th Street Heights Main Street Program - a community revitalization non-profit dedicated to upgrading the historic storefronts, restaurants, and retail establishments on 14th St, NW (from Webster to Decatur Sts.)
Rob is always looking for new friends to kayak with when, of course, he is not on a Gay-Lesbian-Liaison-Unit Panhandling Abatement Operation with Sgt. Brett Parson. In his "spare" time Rob is also a licensed Realtor.
