Together with Abraxas in the groups "Fierce Ruling Diva", "Party Animals" and "Flamman & Abraxas".

In the summer of 1986, Jeroen Flamman met Jeff Porter in a bar in Amsterdam. Jeff was on a tour of Europe after graduating from Boston University where he studied Communications. Jeroen was on a day off from his work as Best Boy for Commercials. It was one of the final weeks of Jeff's sabbathical year and he was about to return to America.

Jeroen decided it was time for his sabatthical year and decided to leave the filmbusiness for what it was and try his luck in NYC. A month later both were sharing an apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Jeff got a job on Wall Street, Jeroen started operating Follow-Spots at fashion shows and working as Electrician for non-Union film productions.

Late 1988 Jeff and Jeroen decided it was time to move to Holland and import that new sound called House. They packed their records, bought an Alesis drumcomputer from their last dollars and headed back to Amsterdam where they moved into a worn down apartment on the Albert Cuyp Market. Jeff was bombarded as DJ Abraxas and soon we had our first regular clubnight in a place called DOK, opposite the RoXY.
