Amber Hollibaugh (1947 - living) U.S.A. Writer, filmmaker, activist Amber Hollibaugh, lesbian safe sex activist and public intellectual, was the first director of the Lesbian AIDS project. Her book, My Dangerous Desires: A Queer Girl Dreaming Her Way Home, was published in Fall 2000.
