"Johnny Hates Jazz"

Boy Band
 These guys go right back to 1988 when there claim to boy band fame started. They are three guys called Clark Datchler, Mike Nocito and Calvin Hayes.
 Their first single made them a big hit in the UK and from then on for a whole year they continued to have hits, all the way through 1988 into 1989. Sadly after the first album the original lead singer Clark Datchler, split from the band. The band was never the same after that.
 Phil Thornalley a former member of the Cure, was brought in after Clark's exit as lead singer, to keep the band going and to make there second album. However the band had hit the rocks by 1992, they couldn't recreate the quality hits of the first album.
