He was part of the Boys band Caught in the Act. In Holland this band was not that popular, but it was very popular in Germany. Eloy was news when Stephen Gateley from the Irish Boys band Boyzone came out and also announced that Eloy is his boyfriend. Eloy and Stephen split up in 2002.
