Niankhkhnum and Khnumhotep
(ca. 2450 BC) Egypt

Niankh khnum hotep

Two royal officials

They lived in the Old Kingdom, and are buried in a single tomb. Although each was married with children, reliefs in their joint tomb show them kissing and embracing in a way usually reserved for married couples. Prudish Egyptologists tend to claim that they're brothers, but there's no supporting textual evidence and the representations are all wrong for that. So these guys would be the first queer couple of real men we find in history!
