Matt Nye is a handsome all-American designer worth watching. He joined Ralph Lauren in 1990 and stayed for 4 years, then worked for Calvin Klein from 1994 to 1998.

Matt NyeHe started his own label in 1998, and Bette Midler, Yoko Ono and other celebrities attended his first-ever show in 1999. Nye designs understated clothes for men and women in luxurious materials like wool, melton, cashmere and mink. In 1995, Nye was named as a nominee for the Perry Ellis Award for menswear.

Matt's last boyfriend was Jann Wenner, publisher of Rolling Stone, Us Weekly and Men's Journal. They met in 1995. Their relationship appeared to be monogamous and in very good shape - even though, bizarrely, Wenner has never actually divorced his wife Jane Schindelheim, who remains a partner in his Wenner Media publishing empire.

Matt and Jann further cemented their partnership in 2006 by having a baby boy, Noah, via a surrogate. Sources added that in the last few months the two were looking to add another child to their family and recently visited the same California surrogacy clinic they used with Noah.

In 2007, NY Post wrote that Jann Wenner cheated on Matt Nye. Wenner supposedly dated Neal Boulton, the editor-in-chief of Men's Fitness magazine. Boulton is married to a woman and has kids. Wenner denied getting involved with Boulton. Anyway Matt and Jann split April 2007
