Clarence Patton is the NYC Anti-Violence Project's Acting Executive Director. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the agency as well as expanding the agency's outreach, training, media, advertising, community organizing and policy development activities.
Additionally, as part of the AVP's incubation of the National Coalition of Anti-Violence Programs (NCAVP), Patton serves as the Acting Executive Director of that organization and is charged with shepherding it to self-sufficiency and true national prominence over the next two years.
