Lindsay is a radio and print journalist, and former anchorman on New Zealand's national TV3. One of New Zealand's leading radio and television current affairs interviewers, he recently started his own radio network, Radio Liberty.

Early in 1994, he founded The Free Radical magazine. In 1996 he became leader of the newly formed Libertarianz political party, and has a popular and controversial weekly radio show, "The Politically Incorrect Show," on a nationwide network.
