Clark is graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he graduated with a Masters of Education degree in Administration/Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Arkansas.
He has over 14 years of executive experience that includes educational, corporate, private and political affairs management. He has been instrumental in strategically designing and implementing political issue advocacy campaigns on the local and national level.
Clark enjoyed a career in public relations and sports administration. In the public relations profession, he served as a Crisis Management Counselor for Nichols-Dezenhall Communications Group and its subsidiary, Environmental Education Associates, Inc.
He served as Deputy Campaign Manager/Chief of Staff to Mrs. Gore for Vice President Al Gore's Presidential Campaign.
As a two term Clinton-Gore political appointee, Clark has served in various administration capacities including as a member of Agriculture Secretary Mike Espy's Congressional Affairs staff, where he advised departmental officials on rural development issues, and as a senior advisor to the Office of the Vice President where he oversaw and executed the strategic schedule for Mrs. Gore.
Clark is currently working for the District of Columbia City Government in a senior management capacity where he serves as the Neighborhood Service Coordinator for Ward 2. He is part of Mayor Anthony Williams' new Neighborhood Service Initiative.
