(March 29, 1946 - living) U.S.A.
Photographer and film director
Bruce was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and studied in Princeton and at the New School for Social Research in New York. He has an international reputation as photographer and has had his work put on show countless times since 1973. He is one of the best known fashion photographers.
He has produced work for the high profile commercial campaigns for Calvin Klein, Versace, Ralph Lauren, and Abercrombie & Fitch. Weber is probably responsible for mainstreaming the homoerotic image in advertising. Not a month goes by without at least one glossy fashion magazine publishing his often homoerotic work.
