Riki Anne received her Bachelor's from Cleveland State University and her Master's in Clinical Psychology from New School for Social Research.

She is a co-founder of the Transexual Menace and Executive Director of Gender Public Advocacy Coalition (GenderPAC) since its founding in 1996. GenderPAC is an organization devoted to gender, affectional, and racial equality.

Since 1995, GenderPAC has worked for trans equality through lobby days, media work, and other events. Riki Anne has also been quoted in Time Magazine, Esquire, the New York Times, and appeared in the recent A&D documentary on the gender movement.

Riki Anne is the author of Read My Lips: Sexual Subversion and the End of Gender, and Queer Theory/Gender Theory. In 2001 Time Magazine selected her one of "100 Civic Innovators for the 21st Century". Riki Anne is a featured columnist on gender issues for The Advocate.
