Danny Williams
(? - living) U.S.A.
Comedian
Danny was born in New Orleans, and raised in Phoenix. When his parents realized he was gay, they arranged for him to spend time at a hospital for "treatment". Danny went along with it at first. He later left and ran away to San Francisco, where he lived on the streets in 1971 and 1972. Baker Places, a program run by Glide Memorial Church, rescued him from the streets.
Danny hosted the 7th Annual Lesbian, Gay & Bisexual Comedy Nightin June 2001. A local favorite, this was his 3rd trip to the LBC for this event. He's performed at the Triple R's comedy series, hosted the Lazy Bear Weekend, and just completed his 100th tour as ship's comic and host with RSVP Cruises.
