| Montsuki for women's formal kimonos

All the montsuki of this and the following pages, the originals, were hand painted by Nobuyuki using incredibly small brushes, as a love-gift to Andrej.
The lower set is the "aoi-no-mon", like the one here on the left, i.e. the crest of the former Shoguns' Family, the Tokugawa, which ruled Japan fror 250 years. It represents the aoi (hollyhok).
